Will I get the same cleaner each time?
Yes, that is the point of the service. If your cleaner is ill or on holiday we can send someone else to cover, or skip the visit, whichever you prefer.
Do I need to provide products or equipment?
Whichever suits you. Most regular clients leave out their own vacuum and products. We can bring everything instead; just say so when you ask for a quote.
Is there a minimum visit length?
Yes, 2.5 hours. That covers a typical 2-bed comfortably.
Do I have to be home?
No, most of our clients are out. We can hold a key or use a code. Keys are tagged with a number only, never an address.
Can I change what gets done each week?
Yes. Leave a note or send us a message before the visit and your cleaner will focus on what you need that week.
