We are a Manchester cleaning company in the plain sense: our cleaners work for us, our office is here, and the person answering your message works with the people who clean your home.
Look for a cleaner in Manchester and you mostly find national platforms run from London, or local-looking websites that pass your enquiry to whoever pays for the lead. We wanted to be the third option: a local team that quotes your own home properly, and a written guarantee if something goes wrong.

Questions before you book
How do I get a price?
Send us a quote request with a few details about your home, or message us, and we reply with a quote by email, usually within the hour on a working day. There is no obligation, and nothing to pay until the clean is done.
Are your cleaners vetted?
Everyone is DBS-checked, referenced and interviewed in person, and we carry £5m public liability insurance. Our cleaners work for us directly. We are not an agency and we do not sell enquiries on.
What is the 48-Hour Re-clean Guarantee?
If something is not right, tell us within 48 hours and we come back and re-clean those areas for free. It applies to every service.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
No, most clients are out. We handle keys, concierge desks, lockboxes and smart locks every day. Keys are tagged with a number only, never an address.
How quickly can you come?
Usually within two or three days, sometimes sooner. If it is urgent, message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you honestly what is possible.
